SUPERVISOR DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR

We are seeking a Foreign Trade Supervisor with solid experience in import and export processes, capable of ensuring regulatory compliance and the proper operation of customs systems and procedures. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity across specialized platforms and coordinating audits and key operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations, or related field.

  Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles.

  Language: Strong conversational and written English skills.

  Availability: Full-time, on-site.

  Leadership: Proven experience managing work teams.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Proficiency in inventory control systems such as ZOE or SAP (Annex 24 and 30).

  IMMEX regulations, SAT/AGACE audits, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and virtual operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

  Keep information updated in systems and related platforms (Annex 24 and 30).

  Support audits with customs authorities (SAT, AGACE).

  Determine import regimes for goods and supervise regime changes.

  Control the closing of virtual operations and strategic bonded warehouses.

  Analyze databases against customs declarations filed with SAT and customs brokers.

  Manage sub-manufacturing permits (IMMEX, CIVA) and certificates of origin (PROSEC, Rule 8th).

  Authorize import and export customs declarations in compliance with regulations.

  Provide internal training and lead work teams.
