We are seeking a Foreign Trade & Operations Coordinator with strong experience in import and export activities to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient execution of customs operations.

This role offers broad exposure to cross-functional operations, working closely with Finance and Human Resources teams, making it ideal for a foreign trade professional interested in expanding their scope within an integrated operational environment.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations, or a related field.

    3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within IMMEX or manufacturing environments.

    Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

    Experience coordinating or leading operational teams.

    Full availability for on-site work.

    Management of inventory control systems ZOE and/or SAP (Annex 24 & 30).

    Strong knowledge of IMMEX regulations and foreign trade compliance.

    Coordination and support of customs audits (SAT / AGACE).

  • Supervision of import regimes, regime changes, and virtual operations.

    Control and authorization of import/export customs declarations.

    Required Technical Knowledge

    Management of inventory reconciliation and database analysis vs. customs filings.

    Handling of certificates of origin, PROSEC, Rule 8, and sub-manufacturing permits.

    Oversight of sub-manufacturing, CIVA operations, and bonded/strategic warehouses.

    Leadership, coordination, and training of the foreign trade team.

    Cross-functional coordination with Finance and HR, supporting cost control, reporting, and audit documentation, with training provided as needed.
